Who we are

Askara Canggu Villas & Townhouses is Family-owned properties which handles property management in Canggu Area. Professional villa supervision is the important service point that we provide at our villas and townhouses. Our staffs has been trained with an extensive knowledge of the personalized service in handling villa guests.

Objectives

Our main priority is to make sure that the guests come back and happy with our services during their stays. Our main tag is to preserve a reasonable price for a luxury stays at a private villa. We are fully responsible in taking care most of the aspects of villa operations including several and continuous property inspections and maintenance. We strive to achieving customer satisfactions and especially creating repeaters and loyal customers and we put great effort on responding and assisting every guest’s request.

Villa supervisor

Your dedicated villa supervisor is liable for the overall operation of Askara Villa, representing the owner, which includes staffing and arranging guests’ requirements and activities. Able to speak English as second language and Indonesian as mother tongue. He is available round the clock and can be reached by mobile phone and would be very happy to assist any guests’ requests.

Villa Butler

Our Villa butlers is taking care the cleanliness and the tidiness of the villa property and preparations before guests’ check-in time, shifting from 8AM to 4PM. They also serve breakfast in the morning and would ready to assist you for any groceries request nearby so that our guests can stay still and keep relaxing at our villas.

Pool technician

Our pool technician does the pool maintenance once every 3 days to keep the pool running properly. Please let us know if this interrupts your routine and kindly alert our Villa Attendant and arrange a more suitable time.

Security

Our Security staffs will keep the villa safe and secure especially at night time. Any late check-in around midnight shall be assisted by our security attendant while the villa supervisor will approach later on during the following day in the morning in earliest convenience.
